Change-of-mind returns are subject to Nexora's applicable seven-day return policy, including the original-condition requirements and applicable deductions.

Contact Nexora within seven days and return the product for inspection. If the issue is confirmed, a refund of the product amount or replacement may be arranged as applicable under the policy.

Can I request a replacement?

Eligible requests may be made within 14 days, subject to inspection and approval. The customer pays the applicable shipping cost for dispatching the replacement.

What is the warranty period?

The general warranty is one month, subject to the applicable terms and exclusions.
